AT FAIRPLAINS BAPTIST CHURCH, WE BELIEVE IN
THE GREAT COMMISSION:
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of
the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to
obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the
very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20.
We have missions organizations for these ages:
TeamKID: (ages 3 - 5th grade) Every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m.
Children in Action: (grades 1 - 5) Every Sunday night at 6:00 p.m.
Youth on Mission: (grades 6 - 12) Every Sunday night at 6:00 p.m.
Women on Mission: (adult women) last Wed. night of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Brotherhood: (adult men) last Wed. night of each month 7:00 p.m.

MISSIONS NEWS

The brotherhood went on our quarterly out of state mission project on Saturday, November 12th to Rhodell, West Virginia. We had a wonderful time of fellowship and ministering. Pastor Chris preached and ministered to the members of Rhodell Community Baptist Church. After service we tried to work on the floor of the church. It was dropping down in the front due to insufficient support. We were able to jack it up and reinforce it with more support. We were also able to hand out tracts and share the gospel with some people in that community. We then traveled to New Richmond, WV to go door to door, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people there. We broke up into two groups and we were able to see the spirit of God move on the people there as we ministered the gospel to them. What a blessing it was to be a small part of what God is doing in West Virginia.
